01 Introduction & Acceptance

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") applies to the 5feet platform and all services associated with it. 5feet is an online casino and sports betting platform built for players in Bangladesh.

When you access the 5feet website, create an account, or use any of our services, you are automatically considered to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Important: 5feet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility criteria must be met to create and use an account on the 5feet platform:

You must be at least 21 years old.
You must operate the account in your own name and for your own benefit — playing on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
You must ensure that online betting or gaming is not legally prohibited in your region.
You must be a real individual — corporate entities or automated bot accounts are not permitted.
You must not already have an existing active 5feet account.

5feet reserves the right to verify the age and identity of any user at any time. An account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Creating an Account

Each individual may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a punishable offence.

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or incorrect information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Password & Security

Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. If you share your password with anyone else, 5feet will not be liable for any loss resulting from that. Any suspicious activity should be reported to the support team immediately.

3.3 Account Closure

If you wish to close your account for any reason, please contact the support team via live chat or email. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure, though this may not be possible in cases of terms violations.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The payment methods currently accepted at 5feet are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (per method)

Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000

Withdrawal Timeframe: Usually completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.2 Payment Verification

5feet may request identity verification before processing any deposit or withdrawal in order to prevent fraud. Cooperation with this process is mandatory. Failure to provide the required information may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

4.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used with your account. Using a third-party payment method may result in the associated balance being held and the account being placed under investigation.

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5feet offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Importantly, wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets (৳1,000 × 10) before withdrawing any winnings earned from that bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
5feet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
If bonus conditions are not met, the bonus balance and any winnings earned from the bonus may be forfeited.
Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or identities will result in all associated accounts being closed.

06 VIP Program & Cashback

The 5feet VIP program has five levels in total. The weekly cashback rate differs at each level:

Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Progression to a higher level depends on consistent and active participation on the platform. Contact the support team for more details on cashback amounts and payment schedules.

07 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

5feet is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited, and immediate action will be taken if any such activity is detected:

Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to operate games.
Collusion (attempting to determine outcomes by coordinating with others).
Bonus abuse — placing specific types of bets solely for the purpose of earning bonuses.
Match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any game.
Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
Operating an account for the purpose of money laundering or illegal financial transactions.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

08 Intellectual Property & Ownership

All content on the 5feet website — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 5feet. Copying, modifying, or republishing any part of the platform without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Games available on the platform are covered by the intellectual property of their respective providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and others).

09 Privacy & Data Protection

5feet uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal and financial information secure. How your information is collected, stored, and used is described in detail on our Privacy Policy page.

Your personal information is never sold to third parties. However, information may be shared with regulatory authorities when required by law or for the purposes of fraud investigation.

10 Responsible Gaming

5feet will not be liable for any loss caused by technical issues, server downtime, or internet connection disruptions. However, in such situations, every effort will be made to provide a fair resolution to affected players.

Game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). 5feet does not alter or manipulate game results.
